U.S. Army – Army’s Physician’s Assistant Program
Evan Ledet grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana where he lived with his parents until Hurricane Katrina hit. His father was an Air Force Cryptographer, which influenced his decision to serve in the U.S. Army while getting back on his feet after the disaster.
Evan enlisted in the Army in 2005 where he served as a Combat Medic, and went on to complete the Army’s Practical Nurse Course. He then transferred to Fort Leonard in Missouri where he met his wife, Stephanie. At the end of 2011, Evan left active duty and the two settled in McHenry, with their four boys.
In the summer of 2016, Evan will have completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Technical Management and plans to return to active duty in the Army to attend the Army’s Physician’s Assistant Program. His current military status is a Reservist out of a unit in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he is an instructor.
